About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Concerto Renal Services. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dialysis care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure, and training, and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the hemodialysis healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians to provide safe and effective delivery of dialysis therapy.
  • Direct dialysis technicians using compliance standards, policy, and procedures, as well as regulations set forth by state and federal agencies.
  • Monitor and document patient responses to hemodialysis therapy, making adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation by dialysis technicians.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Current state-appropriate license.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.
  • Dialysis experience required.
  • CPR certification.
