Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Community Association Operations Manager. In this role, you will provide outstanding management services and customer support to our clients, ensuring they advocate for our services. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct regular inspections of properties, facilities, and equipment to assess maintenance needs and address complaints, disturbances, and violations in accordance with association regulations.
  • Maintain communication with insurance providers, emergency services, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all codes and regulations.
  • Facilitate meetings with boards of directors and committees to address legal and environmental concerns or disputes among residents, primarily via virtual platforms.
  • Prepare comprehensive budgets for properties under management.
  • Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and furnishings for property maintenance.
  • Solicit and evaluate bids from contractors for repairs and renovations, and oversee annual meetings and elections.
  • Engage in ongoing education to maintain and enhance professional credentials.
Qualifications

  • Possession of CMCA or higher certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • This is a salaried position; board meetings are billed to the association and factored into the management fee structure.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to small and medium-sized groups.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with financial reports and budgeting processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong command of the English language.
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods, engage in phone conversations, and utilize office equipment, which may require standing.
  • Capability to walk properties for site assessments and willingness to perform minimal risk tasks, such as climbing one-story ladders.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the property management industry.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
