About the Role:
Mindera Health is seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Southern California.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. As an Account Manager for Mindera Health, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our innovative diagnostic platform through effective relationships with Dermatologists and Rheumatologists in your assigned territory.

Mindera Health is a pioneering healthcare company that has revolutionized the field of skin disease diagnosis with our cutting-edge non-invasive biomarker extraction technology. Our flagship product, Mind.Px, provides a personalized treatment algorithm to predict patient responses to psoriasis biologic drugs. We are committed to improving patient care and reducing costs through data analytics and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage target prescribers within assigned geographical territory.
- Deliver clinically focused sales messages to introduce, launch, grow business to consistently deliver on product(s) sales goals.
- Execute tactical strategies in accordance with company direction within the assigned geographic territory to drive individual, regional and company sales.
- Promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the use of company products through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, company-approved promotional speaker programs, and other company-approved means.
- Work closely with the Sales Director, team members and other internal and external groups to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience, required.
- Minimum 4-6 years of pharmaceutical selling and/or relevant diagnostic/device sales experience, required.
- Selected candidates must live in their assigned territory.
- Experience executing total office call in a specialty setting, required.
About the Opportunity:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a quarterly incentive plan with a goal of $15,000 + and a monthly transportation allowance of $800. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees, 15 days PTO, 12 holidays, flexible spending accounts, basic life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability, and up to a 4% 401(k) match.
