Role Summary:
As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will act as a reliable guide throughout the home purchasing journey, assisting clients in navigating what may seem like a daunting process. Your goal is to help realize their dreams of owning a home. You will adopt and implement the Starlight Sales methodology while showcasing exemplary customer service. This position offers a chance to contribute to a team that is committed to building a strong foundation of values and culture, with the ambition to elevate the company to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process while providing exceptional customer service aligned with Starlight Homes training.
- Create, practice, and deliver compelling sales presentations in accordance with company guidelines.
- Engage with potential clients, follow up with interested leads, and schedule appointments.
- Transition leads into prospective buyers and maintain consistent communication with clients who are in the contract phase.
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with real estate agents through networking and office visits.
- Stay informed about community trends and information, including schools, utilities, taxes, and local amenities to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in sales or customer service roles.
- Possession of a valid and active Driver's License.
- A Real Estate License is required; Starlight Homes is open to assisting candidates in obtaining one through a reimbursement policy.
- Willingness to work weekends, with days off during the week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software applications.
