Goldbelt is seeking a highly skilled Field Support Representative to provide technical support services for the Electronic and Information Technology systems installed on USCG NSCs. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of the CGC2 system and troubleshooting C5I and electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support services for the CGC2 system, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Install software images, patches, and Information Assurance updates.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the software and hardware components of CGC2.
  • Work harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on the NSC CGC2 system or an equivalent system.
  • Ability to ride aboard NSCs during underway periods as needed.
  • Valid passport and ability to obtain required visas.
  • US citizenship.
  • Current/active Secret Personnel Clearances (PCL).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
