Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Service to lead our service operations across the state. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of trade and customer service managers, and working closely with other division heads to drive data-informed practices and improve the quality and efficiency of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of trade and customer service managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Oversee all operations of our service department, including trade services, customer service, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement data-informed practices to improve the efficiency and quality of our services, and coach service managers in the application of similar practices.
  • Collaborate with other division heads to analyze patterns and trends across all divisions, and apply data-informed practices to improve the quality and efficiency of services across the state.
  • Manage high-level escalation issues and ensure uniformity of best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher preferred, but not required.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in the home services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain relationships and grow people.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Comfortable with conflict and willing to travel across the state of Texas.
  • Advanced skills with software related to home services and MSOffice products.
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position include working indoors with long periods of time sitting, listening and speaking on the telephone, viewing monitor and workstation, and lifting 15 pounds at a time.
