Job Summary
The Registered Nurse / RN provides direct clinical patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus. This is a full-time, night shift position that requires a high level of skill and expertise in providing care to critically ill patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
