Work Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of nursing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Critical Care or Emergency Services. Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
Licensure and Certification
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas. Current CPR certification is mandatory. Additionally, candidates are required to obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of joining the department.
Education and Training
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required for this position. Furthermore, completion of TNCC/ATCN and CPI training is expected within the first year of employment.
