Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Insight Pest Solutions LLC. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest level of pest control services.
This role involves working outdoors for most of the day, interacting with customers to troubleshoot problems, and applying liquid treatments to soil. You must be able to lift at least 50lbs, crawl/kneel in tight spaces, and work Monday-Saturday during the summer season.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic mathematical skills. You must also be able to pass a series of exams as part of our New Hire Training program and maintain a clean driving record.

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide all necessary tools and resources to ensure your success in this role. Our training program is administered by our company, and you will have ongoing support and supervision from our Service Manager and Lead Technician.
