Role Summary
The Office Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding administrative assistance and fostering a welcoming atmosphere within the office. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and maintain a secure and safe environment for all staff
- Oversee office supplies and manage inventory levels
- Collaborate with vendors and property management teams
- Facilitate mail distribution and support various administrative functions

Required Qualifications:
- Capability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience in vendor relations and office space management
