Heart Health Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for an exceptional Heart Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Stamford Health Medical Group. As a member of our Heart & Vascular Service Line, you will play a critical role in the assessment, evaluation, and treatment of patients requiring cardiovascular care.
This is a full-time opportunity, with a schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week, rotating between 7a-5p and 8a-6p on weekdays. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with attending physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Nursing
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of CT
- An APRN license in the state of CT prior to start date
- Previous experience working with Cardiology patient populations
