Job Summary:
The Stamford Health is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join its Outpatient Float Pool. This role involves working in various healthcare settings, including walk-in centers and primary care locations, to provide high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
This role requires the ability to triage patient phone calls and needs, obtain patient health history, and perform physical examinations. You will also be responsible for ordering preventative diagnostic procedures and providing health counseling. A key aspect of this position is providing medical and advanced practice nursing management for patients with chronic illnesses.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Master's degree in Nursing and at least one year of APRN experience. Family Medicine training is also required. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who can prioritize patient care and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
