Client Solutions Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
Kforce Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Solutions Representative to support our esteemed Consumer and Commercial Electronic Research and Development client. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Validate customer entitlements and log cases for effective routing to appropriate resources.
- Oversee service events to ensure compliance and timely completion.
- Manage customer service requests across various communication channels.
- Analyze customer feedback related to entitlements and case management, utilizing statistical insights to enhance service delivery.
- Provide resolutions and constructive feedback based on thorough analysis.
- Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at process and quality enhancements.
- Handle escalated customer interactions and recommend actionable solutions during post-incident reviews.
- Simultaneously manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.
- Act as a mentor or trainer for team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, whether remote or in-person.
- Proficient in computer applications and technology.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and fluency in the supported language.
- Familiarity with remote call handling and case logging systems.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
- Experience with call routing processes and case management systems.
- Strong understanding of internal tools and processes for daily task management.
- Capability to mentor and train new team members.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The compensation range reflects the potential salary for this role, which may vary based on education, qualifications, experience, skills, and other factors. Kforce offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement plans and life insurance options for eligible employees.
This position is not eligible for bonuses or commissions.
