Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of $76,600 to $81,300, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan.
- 12 accrued vacation days for year one, up to 20 days in subsequent years

Job Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Shoreline team as a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Supervisor. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will oversee clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals in need. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Providing clinical supervision and training to staff members to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent care.
- Ensuring compliance with CARF standards, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, contracts, and standards.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate Degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field from an accredited college/university OR two years' experience in counseling, case evaluation, staffing presentations, and record keeping.
- A Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional license and approval as a substance use disorder supervisor per WAC 246-811-049.
- Proficient computer skills and experience working with an electronic health record system.
