Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus shift differentials and bonuses.


About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at The Oaks at Jamestown, you'll have the opportunity to create personalized care plans, advocate for your residents, and work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes compassion and community.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records of care administered.
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy for residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid RN license.
  • Experience working in long-term care or a related field.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
