Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who will play a pivotal role in leading technical projects and mentoring junior staff. This position requires a strong background in project management, technical leadership, and client relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make critical design decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Oversee the comprehensive design plan for projects of varying scales.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, delegating tasks effectively.
  • Ensure quality control and resolve technical challenges.
  • Manage projects and cultivate client relationships.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing significant projects.
  • Capability to conduct final quality assurance checks in your area of expertise.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; 8 years preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
