Job Title: Server

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Great Eats Hospitality. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring that every visit is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, making recommendations that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Take food and beverage orders, enter them into our point-of-sale system, and deliver orders to guests in a timely manner.
  • Perform side work, maintain clean service areas, and monitor guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare final bills, present checks, and process payments.
  • Follow all ABC regulations and be ready to assist fellow servers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to think quickly, be a problem solver, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stop, and frequently lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance and 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Work in a hot and noisy environment, maintaining high integrity and a solid work ethic.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expected to work long hours during peak periods, evenings, and weekends.
  • Having or obtaining a food handlers and/or alcohol certification may be required.
Qualifications:
  • Must have front of the house experience.
