Job SummaryAt Great Eats Hospitality, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary objective will be to create a memorable experience for our customers, showcasing your personality and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, making recommendations that align with their preferences.
  • Take food and beverage orders, enter them into our point-of-sale system, and deliver orders to guests in a timely manner.
  • Perform side work, maintain clean service areas, and monitor guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, and process payments.
  • Follow all ABC regulations and be prepared to assist fellow servers as needed.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to think quickly and be a problem solver.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stop, and frequently lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance and 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Work in a hot and noisy environment.
  • Must have high integrity and a solid work ethic.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expected to work long hours during peak periods, evenings, and weekends.
  • Having or obtaining a food handlers and/or alcohol certification may be required.
