Position Overview
As an On-site Recruiter, your primary role will involve sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for our esteemed clients.

You will collaborate closely with Client Success Specialists and Branch Managers to evaluate applications on a daily basis.



Office Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding job specifications, candidate profiles, and requirements for various positions.
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.
  • Screening and qualifying potential candidates daily.
  • Engaging with candidates in a timely manner for follow-ups, coaching, and job reviews.
  • Ensuring thorough documentation of the entire hiring process.
  • Assisting candidates with online and in-office onboarding procedures.
  • Updating and maintaining all necessary information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Fostering professional and friendly relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of information in the ATS.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or the staffing industry.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates through resume reviews and phone screenings.
  • Capability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
