Construction Materials Inspector

- Obtaining representative samples of construction materials
- Reviewing plans and specifications for project requirements
- Performing inspections and testing for rebar, epoxy, concrete, masonry, fireproofing, bolting, asphalt, and other items
- Providing the testing lab with all required information related to samples obtained
- Providing accurate test reports and daily diaries
- Tracking time and supplies for the projects worked
- Tracking training hours on provided documentation
- Returning calls or emails within a reasonable time period
- Maintaining a professional image
- Maintaining assigned gear in clean and operable condition
- Completing timecards and expense reports at the end of each shift
- Completing all required safety reporting
