Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Cranford School District. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting and improving a child's ability to participate successfully in their school environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop individualized therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement therapy plans and monitor student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students' communication development
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • NJ Speech Language Pathology License
  • School Certification in NJ
  • Completion of the national examination if beginning Clinical Fellowship Year affiliation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pediatric affiliation
