About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and nutrition therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various medical conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and renal disease.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' nutritional needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition therapy to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field with completion of required coursework and supervised practice.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credentials with eligibility for registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure and certification as required by state(s) of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
