Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various radiographic procedures under the guidance of a Radiologist. You will work with a range of Nuclear Medicine cameras and equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient imaging results.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures
  • Receive and prepare radioactive materials, maintaining accurate radiation records
  • Utilize established radiation safety techniques and equipment
  • Perform related duties, including scheduling, charging exams, and taking emergency after-hours calls
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an AMA-accredited nuclear school of medicine or an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Current license with the State of Texas, ARRT, and/or NMTCB
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
  • 1 year of previous experience in a hospital environment (preferred)
