Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exemplary sanitation standards in all work areas.
  • Ensure food storage areas are organized and clean.
  • Properly handle and store food items at the end of each shift, ensuring effective inventory rotation.
  • Prepare meals according to specified guidelines for various dining occasions.
  • Receive and store products in designated areas.
  • Keep storage areas and product inventory orderly.
  • Collaborate with management to develop special menu items and variations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar culinary role is required.
Skills and Abilities:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and health safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and hours.
