About the Role

Amazon is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer II to join our Kinesis Data Streams team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and reliable software systems that process real-time data streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software systems that process real-time data streams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code that meets Amazon's standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
