Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, ensuring that all guests are checked in and out, and that all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and review daily reports, including guest arrival and departure information, room assignments, and any issues that may have arisen.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct regular security walks to ensure that all areas of the hotel are secure and that guests are safe.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel staff, including the front desk team, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the overnight shift, including guest complaints, technical issues, and security concerns.

Requirements:
