Job Overview

Soccer Shots Little Rock is a leading provider of engaging children's soccer programs focused on character development and fun for kids aged 2-10. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our coaching team and ensure the delivery of high-quality soccer sessions across various locations in the Greater Little Rock Area.


Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving Seasonal Staffing Goals: Collaborate with leadership to determine coaching needs, recruit and hire qualified coaches, and manage job postings.
  • Networking and Outreach: Attend job fairs, community events, and utilize social media to attract qualified candidates, develop partnerships with local colleges and organizations.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the hiring process, including reviewing resumes, conducting assessments, phone screens, interviews, coaching auditions, reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Onboarding: Lead new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed and necessary training is received.

Coaching Support
  • Coaching Development: Coordinate training programs for coaches to deliver high-quality soccer sessions aligned with Soccer Shots curriculum and standards.
  • Support and Supervision: Provide ongoing support to coaches, including observing sessions, providing feedback, and assisting with professional development.
  • Coach Transitions: Assist coaches transitioning to new locations, ensuring they are introduced to directors, set up at new sites, and prepared for their first classes.

Administrative and Marketing Support
  • Preseason Logistics: Support preseason logistics and assist in delivering marketing materials.
  • Meetings: Attend team and departmental meetings to stay aligned with organizational goals.
  • Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events at partner locations to promote the Soccer Shots program.

Salary and Benefits
  • Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
