Job Summary

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst Senior to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing revenue cycle information systems to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with external vendors, system owners, and stakeholders to design and develop revenue cycle information systems.
  • Identify and document information technology design specifications based on user needs and generate need-gap analyses.
  • Use expert knowledge to generate and develop system scope and objectives, analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems, and devise or modify procedures to solve problems using data processing.
  • Act as an application administrator, ensuring data integrity, maintaining system security, extracting, analyzing, and transforming data, facilitating user/vendor communication, and managing software upgrades, implementations, and conversions.
  • Analyze, plan, design, create, and maintain intermediate to advanced-level reports using various technologies, including IBM Showcase, QlikView, Cerner Command Language (CCL), OnDemand, and Siemens MedSeries 4 Query/Reports.
  • Work independently on complex system activities and project management activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience if no bachelor's degree. High School is a MUST.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant revenue cycle experience, including systems like billing, patient accounting, scheduling, or coding, is essential.
  • Senior-level Soarian and HL7 interface troubleshooting experience required.
  • Good organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong technical skills in revenue cycle applications, familiarity with applications like PBAR, Siemens MedSeries 4, Cerner, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Relay Assurance Plus, Visiquate, GE Centricity, and PatientKeeper is required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to conduct need-gap analysis, design system solutions, and analyze workflows to improve productivity and system efficiency.
  • Project management experience, experience in leading or participating in projects, managing timelines, milestones, and ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of solutions.
  • Customer service skills, proven ability to handle service requests, resolve problems, and communicate effectively with internal users, vendors, and peers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data integrity and security management, experience in managing system security, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining software upgrades and implementations.
  • Report generation and analytics skills, ability to create and maintain both standard and custom reports, utilizing technologies like IBM Showcase, QlikView, Cerner Command Language (CCL), and Siemens MedSeries 4.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and manage multiple activities efficiently.
  • On-call availability, willingness to fulfill on-call duties as required.
Accountabilities
  • Customer Service: Addresses customer questions, concerns, enhancement requests, communicates with customers, handles service problems and tickets politely and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedures, utilizes problem-solving skills, maintains a pleasant and professional image.
  • Team Work and Project Management: Helps team leader/manager/director to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures, works on projects throughout the organization, monitors and reports on project task progress, and involved in multiple projects.
  • Solution Design and Development: Analyze events, documentation, requirements, and needs to design and develop solutions to solve problems and/or meet organization's needs.
  • Performance Improvement/Transformation/Innovation: Demonstrates an ongoing understanding of and actively participates in performance improvement activities, identifies and proactively pursues business transformation, uses innovation to enhance/solve current system and business workflow problems.
  • Technical Skills and Industry Knowledge: Assist and participate in system activities both project and operational support-related, understands application build, design, and technical infrastructure, maintains knowledge up-to-date, is a technical resource for others, follows technology practices and standards (i.e. ITIL).
  • Reports & Analytics: Generate both standard and ad hoc reports, ability to design and assist in developing non-standard/custom reports as required.
  • Training: Trains new/current staff members on applicable systems/applications, responsible for working with customer and/or vendors with training on new systems being implemented and rolled out for use in the departments.
  • Other Duties and On-Call: Ability to fulfill On-Call requirements and other duties as assigned.
