Position Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist (or "Concierge") for the evening shift, you will serve as the initial point of contact and security at our facility's employee entrance.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks that blend security and customer service functions:

  • Welcome and guide visitors while managing incoming phone communications.
  • Handle correspondence, data entry, printing, scanning, manage office supplies, and receive mail and deliveries.
  • Monitor access at the employee entrance and ambulance bay.
