Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational flow, aligning with organizational and departmental strategic goals. As the hospital's clinical representative, this position provides leadership in patient care services, directing supervision of nursing and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
This role requires a strong clinical leader who can promote quality patient care and foster an engaging work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background, with a minimum of two years of experience and one year of supervisory or lead experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical leadership and direction to nursing and support staff
- Ensuring consistent provision of quality patient care
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to promote patient-centered care
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes
The successful candidate will hold a current Arizona RN license or RN Compact license, with current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a higher degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
