Nurse Care Specialist

We are committed to creating a supportive environment for adolescents struggling with eating disorders. Our residential treatment program, Clementine West Linn, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical (LPN) to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Obtain and record vital signs as needed
- Monitor and report unusual client behavior
- Administer medication
- Document patient information accurately
- Model healthy eating habits during meal times
- Active license as Registered Nurse (or be license-eligible)
- Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health settings
- Active CPR/BLS certification (training can be provided if needed)
