Job Overview:
As the first point of contact for patients, you will conduct interviews to collect essential demographic and financial information. Your role will involve establishing patient records and medical record numbers, as well as providing crucial information regarding Advance Directives, Patient Rights, and benefits assignment.


You will be well-versed in compliance policies and demonstrate the ability to resolve issues independently. Additionally, you will obtain necessary certifications and referrals from insurance providers and analyze patient financial responsibilities, aiming to collect payments at the time of service.


This position requires a commitment to delivering exceptional service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our customers.
