Key Responsibilities- Ensure all finishing details are completed to the highest standards.
- Address punch lists, including tasks such as installing fixtures, repairing damaged areas, adjusting doors and windows, and making any necessary touch-ups.
- Comply with all PPE standards and safety practices.
- Precisely measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber.
- Complete punch lists and repair work orders.
- Perform day-to-day quality control and review work to ensure it meets acceptable workmanship standards.
- Communicate effectively with office personnel, project superintendents, and customers.
- Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Operate a wide variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Lift and carry heavy objects such as framing lumber, sheets of plywood, and building materials.
- At least 2 years of experience in a general carpentry trade.
- Understanding of building concepts, codes, regulations, laws, and best practices.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States.
- Current driver's license and clean driving record.
