Job Title: Termite Control Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Termite Control Specialist to join our team at Palmetto Exterminators. As a Termite Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing termite control services for residential homes and commercial establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential termite problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform termite pre-treatments and post-construction treatments to resolve customer termite control needs.
  • Design and implement control strategies to prevent termite infestations.
  • Operate and maintain equipment used to complete treatments.
  • Document and record all information in accordance with company procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and office staff.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent experience.
  • Current Driver License in the state where you work and maintain a driving record consistent with company standards.
  • Possess knowledge of proper treatment methods for pests and inspections requirements for WDOs and pest problems.
  • Able to safely operate a vehicle and wear safety equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Lifting objects occasionally weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Working outdoors daily and at times in extreme temperatures - heat or cold and at times noisy environment.
