Job Summary

Velocity Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Project Manager in the field of construction and development. This is a unique opportunity to lead a comprehensive renovation and modernization project of four residential buildings, with a budget of nearly 250 million euros and a project duration of ten years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experts in the field of construction and development to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with renowned architects and stakeholders to ensure the project meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with the project, including financial, logistical, and regulatory risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the field of construction and development.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects with complex timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
