Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Table Games Dealer to join our team at Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing assigned games in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal assigned games with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process cash and maintain proper handling and accounting for assigned property items.
  • Maintain familiarity with other gaming and entertainment activities to provide information and answer guest questions.
  • Stay up-to-date on all standards, policies, and procedures, including general policies and procedures of the Table Games Department.
Requirements
  • Preferred two (2) years of experience as a Table Games dealer.
  • Must be proficient in Blackjack and at least one of the following games: Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow/Baccarat.
  • Must be able to successfully pass an audition displaying adequate table games skills for Blackjack and/or Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow/Baccarat and all carnival games or be willing to learn all carnival games within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Must be able to deal two primary games with a high level of proficiency and possess excellent customer service and talent relation skills.
  • Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited Gaming School or equivalent.
  • Must have knowledge of Seminole Gaming's Compliance and Regulations, as well as Policies & Procedures.
Work Environment

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.
