About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, maintaining a strong understanding of products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a visually appealing store
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, effectively communicating this information to customers
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales a plus
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages
