Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursing staff, residents, and family members.
- Prepare and administer medications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including planning and delivery of care.
- Supervise the execution of resident plans of care and participate in their development.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers regarding patient clinical conditions.
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines related to nursing care facilities.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
