We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team at Franciscan Medical Clinic in Port Orchard. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a vibrant and supportive clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient clinic visits, taking vital signs, obtaining medical history, and preparing patients for exams.
- Perform or assist with patient care procedures, diagnostic tests, and clinical procedures within the scope of LPN licensure.
- Document patient care interactions and procedures in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
- One year of LPN work experience in a clinic setting OR two years of acute care LPN work experience preferred.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification.
