Our Unit Managers have the opportunity to advance their clinical leadership skills through our Clinical Career Ladder, including growth into roles such as Clinical Educator, RNAC, and Assistant Director of Nursing. A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year is offered, depending on experience, as well as access to our OnShift Wallet program for paycheck advances, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k plan, tuition reimbursement, and more.
As a seasoned Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You'll also work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services
- Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience
