We're seeking a skilled and customer-centric professional to fill the role of U-Haul Support Specialist. In this position, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a U-Haul Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with their rental needs and resolving issues
- Providing product information and recommendations
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues
- Participating in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
