Clinical Support Associate

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pediatric Medical Office Assistant to join our team at High Country Community Health Inc. In this critical role, you'll collaborate with one provider to manage patient flow, perform various clinical tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare facility.
To be successful in this position, you'll need a minimum of 2 years experience as a Pediatric Medical Assistant in a primary care setting, with certification as a CMA, MOA, or LPN licensure a definite asset. We also offer a competitive salary range of $17-21 per hour, reflecting your skills and experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient interviews to collect essential medical information.
- Record patient data accurately, including vital signs, measurements, and test results.
- Assist physicians with various procedures, such as tympanometry, pulse oximetry, and nebulizer treatments.
- Monitor and maintain exam rooms to ensure they remain well-stocked and clean.
- Support nursing staff with administrative tasks, such as sending prescriptions via E-Rx.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by maintaining open communication channels.
