Job Title: Food and Beverage ManagerJob Summary:

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations of the Hilton Garden Inn, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and train a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and quality food and beverage products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement food and beverage menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience and that their needs are met.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that the hotel is achieving its financial goals.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that food and beverage operations are meeting quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food and Beverage, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other hotel departments.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth and control costs.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:

The Food and Beverage Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests, staff, and other hotel departments. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment and to prioritize tasks effectively. The manager will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
