Key Responsibilities of an EQS Reconditioning Technician:
  • Evaluate the condition of corporate machinery
  • Restore used or damaged equipment for company utilization
  • Install ancillary equipment and aftermarket components
  • Prepare equipment for disposal
  • Coordinate with Sales Centers, supervisors, and technicians regarding shipping updates
  • Diagnose equipment issues and execute repairs
  • Request parts and manage inventory
  • Reconstruct and fix parts and machinery
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient mechanical skills
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory
  • 1-3 years of general work experience is preferred
  • Proven mechanical, technical, and electrical skills
  • Forklift certification is advantageous

Training Requirements:

  • Ongoing education and training on emerging technologies
  • Company Forklift Training
  • Orientation for new hires

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in diverse environments

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Work Environment:
