Job Summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a skilled Machinist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will assist machinists in carrying out machining functions to meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist machinists in setting up, running, and troubleshooting CNC screw machines
  • Perform initial parts inspection and verification
  • Clean and maintain CNC machines
  • Assist in production tooling and grinding

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in CNC machining and/or ISO/cGMP environments
  • Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive functions daily
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of CNC screw machine experience or general machining ability

Work Environment:

  • Indoor, climate-controlled environment
  • Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
  • Moderate noise levels

Location: Escondido, CA

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 DOE
