Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager.
- Work with the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members.
- Communicate job expectations to the staff, plan, monitor, and review performance, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies and procedures.
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure the team and restaurant meet standards.
- Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping, identify and resolve issues with food preparation, and handle customer service issues with grace and courtesy.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, proper safety procedures, and complying with health and legal regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience.
- Manager Food Handler Certification required.
- Restaurant experience is required.
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends and nights.
