Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive patient medical records, consolidating information from multiple sources.
  • Use clinical judgment and data to reconcile conflicting information and build strong relationships with providers and staff.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent adult health clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferably in critical care (i.e., ICU/CCU/MICU) and/or ED.
  • Proficient with Diagnosis, Billing, and Quality Measures Coding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical office personnel.
  • Understanding of health insurance benefit structure, especially Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Must be technically savvy and have a solid understanding of software and technology.
