After-School Sports Program Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After-School Sports Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading social-emotional learning and enrichment activities for TK/K-6th grade students.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being.
- Lead activities such as STEAM, music, and Lego to increase excitement about learning.
- Assist with homework completion and snack distribution.
- Effectively manage student behavior and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
- Work collaboratively with staff and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Serve as a positive role model to students and foster positive learning experiences.
- 1-2 years of experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
- Ability to implement engaging lesson plans and maintain accuracy and organization in activities.
- Effective support for kids' behavioral management needs.
- Ability to connect with students and foster positive learning experiences.
- Comfortable utilizing online platforms for training and resources.
- Collaborative skills with school administrators, parents, and fellow coaches.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete a background check.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to engage in physical activities and move safely on irregular terrain.
