Position Summary

The After School Program Facilitator is responsible for overseeing and engaging with students in grades K-5 during both indoor and outdoor recreational activities. This role includes assisting with daily setup and cleanup. We seek enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who have a passion for working with children. This is a seasonal part-time opportunity, with benefits outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (additional hours may be available on early dismissal and pupil-free days)

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of college education
  • Previous experience working directly with children in grades K-5 in educational, camp, or daycare settings
  • Familiarity with Crossroads philosophy and the ES approach to learning is advantageous
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to walk around the campus and navigate stairs
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds
