Senior Marketing Concierge

As a Senior Marketing Concierge, you'll play a vital role in putting the world on vacation, working closely with our resort staff to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute in-person marketing strategies to engage with guests at our resorts
- Collaborate with resort staff to schedule guest updates and workshops, ensuring seamless experiences
- Offer personalized gifts to guests participating in updates, fostering a sense of community and loyalty
- Partner with resort teams to receive arrival sheets and distribute essential materials to guests, including parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures
- Meet production standards on a weekly basis, driving sales and revenue growth
- 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience, with a strong background in customer engagement and relationship-building
- Proven ability to maintain production standards, driving sales and revenue growth
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills, with experience using smart devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise messaging
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a College Degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits:During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.00, plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state's minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
